The Columbus Dental Society, founded in 1896, is the professional dental organization that is the local component of the Ohio Dental Association and the American Dental Association.  Our predominate membership is from Franklin and Madison Counties and we represent nearly 80% of the dentists in these areas.  A complete listing of our practicing members is included in the “Find a Dentist” tab.

Our objectives include:

• The advancement of the dental profession through research, education, legislation, and mutual cooperation of its members.
• The cooperation with allied health groups in all matters of mutual interest and advantage to the people of the community.
• The education of the public to a fuller understanding and appreciation of the function and care of oral cavity
