Prepare to apply for your Ohio State Radiographer's Certificate by attending a one-day live lecture course. There is NO HANDS-ON clinical training the day of the radiology course.  After the course, radiographer clinical training is required to be completed in a dental office under the supervision of a dentist within 60 days from the date of the course.  The supervising dentist will sign a form once the clinical training is complete and mail the form to Columbus Dental Society.  The Columbus Dental Society does not place students/dental assistants in a dental office for the clinical training portion of the course.  Once the course and the clinical training is successfully completed, the Columbus Dental Society will provide the student with a 7-Hr Radiology Certificate of Completion.  Note: Radiology class students will not receive a class certificate the same day of the class; the class certificate is provided to the student after the completion of the clinical training.  Next, the student/dental assistant can apply for the Ohio State Radiographer's Certificate through the Ohio State Dental Board.  Instructions will be provided at the course.  Call Columbus Dental Society at 614-895-2371 with any questions.

Lunch and beverage are included.  If you have a dietary restriction, please inform us prior to the date of the class. You may dress comfortably and please arrive 10 minutes early to the class as we must start promptly. Mask required.
Columbus Dental Society will send a confirmation email to the email provided on the registration, including class details.  The confirmation email will be sent two weeks before the class date.
In the event that a class is sold out, call Columbus Dental Society to be placed on a cancellation list.

Note: The Columbus Dental Society reserves the right to cancel a class if a minimum registration is not met.  

Course fees are subject to a $30 administrative charge if registration is cancelled.

Cancellations within 7 days of course, will not be refunded.

In the event of an emergency, the registrant can reschedule for another date within the calendar year.
